
Someone’s perception or feedback about you is the way they observe or see you. That perceptions are not your “Reality”. Only you know your reality best. Other can only imagine or guess about you. Having negative feedback about you, don’t mean you are having those negative traits for real. Remember its only perceptions of them about you. And perceptions are never ever facts. It’s only views how they see you.
Most of the time, it is based on biasedness of other side, if they know you. In simple words if they like you, their observations must be “Positive” about you and if disliking is their, that can never ever be Positive. It dont make you good or bad person, as perceptions are infinite and reality is only one. That reality about you is different in everyone’s mind. Overthinking about others perceptions are not a wise decisions. This will only make you sad to a point and this definitely means they control your mind by their words. If you start giving explanations about each perceptions, you might be unhappy for forever. Before letting other’s opinions control you, ask yourself …is this your reality? Are you like that as particular’s opinion describes you? If yes, then surely you need to accept and work on that. But if not, ignore that opinion as best as you can. Their opinions are their concepts. Your reality is real YOU. And remember last control must be of your mind not others.
